Ningbo Yinzhou Bote Spring Electrical Appliance Factory is located in the beautiful and rich East China Sea coast - Ningbo Yunlong town, surrounded by beautiful environment, pleasant weather, old times, convenient transportation. Near Ring Expressway, Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and Xiao Yong Railway, west of Ningbo Lishe International Airport, adjacent to Beilun Port and strategic location.
Our factory was founded in 2001 and covers a land area of 3, 000 square meters.
We are equipped with more than 20 sets of multi-axis CNC computerized spring machines for wire diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 20mm, along with advanced manufacturing equipment including 3 tempering furnaces, 6 spring grinding machines, 2 computer wire forming hook machines, 1 shot blasting machine and several punching presses. We also maintain a full range of precision special testing instruments.
We specialize in manufacturing various compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, wire forms and stamping parts with wire diameters from 0.2mm to 20mm (flat material thickness: 0.1mm-8mm). We are capable of producing products with highly complex technical requirements and can develop samples in accordance with customers' requested schedules.
